- All purchases made on the Hyper Launch platform, including Courses, pre-bookings, installments, or full payments, are non-refundable. The Company is not obliged to entertain or accept any refund requests for payments made.
Conditions for Non-Refund
- Course Access: Once a User has been granted access to a Course, either through live classes or recorded sessions, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
- Service Utilization: If a User has utilized any part of the Service, including but not limited to live sessions, downloads, or accessing Course Material, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Promotional Offers: Purchases made under promotional offers or discounted rates are final and non-refundable.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and credit facility providers. Hyper Launch is not responsible for any payment disputes that arise from the use of these third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of these providers before making a payment.
Chargebacks
- Any attempt to request a chargeback or dispute a payment with your credit card company will be considered a violation of this Policy. Hyper Launch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and take legal action if necessary.
