Terms and Conditions  

Introduction  

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “ToU”) govern the relationship between Hyper Launch Private Limited (referred to as “the Company,” “HYPER LAUNCH,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and its Users and/or Minor Users (“you” or “yourself”). By clicking “Agree,” you (representing yourself and/or a Minor User) agree to these Terms binding you and/or the Minor User. Failure to agree requires you and/or the Minor User to cease purchasing any Services. These Terms apply to all Users and/or Minor Users, including browsers, vendors, and employees accessing our Services via our Website.

Definitions  

  • Live Classes: Real-time interactive sessions conducted by instructors online via platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
  • Confidential Information: All data shared between parties regarding business, clients, suppliers, finances, and other areas, excluding publicly known or pre-existing information.
  • Recorded Sessions: Content from previously conducted live classes or specially curated recordings for self-paced learning.
  • VKYC: Video Know Your Customer, a process of service confirmation and verification through video calls.
  • Placement Opportunities: Employment or internship programs administered by Hyper Launch or on behalf of other enterprises.
  • Platform: The Website and any other feature or tool provided and operated by Hyper Launch, including any application that may be launched by Hyper Launch.
  • Privacy Policy: Hyper Launch privacy policy 
  • Pricing and Promotional Policy: The policy governing the pricing of and promotions related to the Courses offered on the Platform.
  • User (or “you” “your” “yourself”): Any individual who is a natural person aged 18 years or above and who is competent and capable of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act 1872 and accesses our Website and/or purchases the Services. This includes the parent/legal guardian or any other authorized individual who facilitates the use of the Services for a Minor User.

General Terms and Conditions  

Course Enrolment  

  • Upon enrolling in our Course, you and/or a Minor User receive a license to access it via our Platform, including live-streamed classes on third-party applications. Transferring or reselling courses is strictly prohibited.
  • Our Course Material is provided under a licensing agreement and is not sold. This license does not grant you the right to transfer or resell the Course Material in any manner. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Learning  

  • Live classes are conducted primarily in English. Participants are required to maintain professionalism and respectfulness. Unauthorized recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • Hyper Launch provides recorded versions of live classes to enrolled individuals. All content shared during live sessions is the intellectual property of Hyper Launch.

Security and Intrusion Detection  

  • Unauthorized access, tampering, or utilization of non-public sections of the Platform, Hyper Launch computer systems, or the technical infrastructure provided by Hyper Launch service providers is strictly prohibited. Attempts to hack, copy, upload, or change information or otherwise cause harm are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under applicable law.

Payments  

  • Course pricing and details are subject to change without notice. Prices are determined by our Pricing and Promotional Policy. We utilize third-party payment gateways and credit facility providers to process payments. You are responsible for charges incurred through these providers and agree to indemnify Hyper Launch against any losses.

Refund Policy  

  • All Course purchases are non-refundable, and Hyper Launch is not obliged to entertain or accept any refund requests for payments made.

Restriction of Liability and Disclaimer  

  • Hyper Launch reserves the right to restrict or block access, suspend or terminate accounts, remove posted content, and deny future Platform or Service access. The Platform, Services, Course, and Course Material are provided “as is” without warranties.

Hyper Launch Rights  

  • Hyper Launch retains ownership of the Platform and Services, including the Website, current and future applications, Courses, Course Material, logos, API, database, code, and content developed by our employees and consultants.

Proceed at Your Own Risk  

  • You are only permitted to use Hyper Launch for lawful purposes. We retain the right to deactivate, suspend, or ban your account if you violate local or national laws or repeatedly breach our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Placement Policy.
